What skin types are Too Cool For School products suitable for?
- We are proud to serve customers with any type of skin: Dry, Oily, Combination, etc.
Will my product melt/dry/freeze/expire/etc.?
- You can find the date of manufacture on the packaging of every product. Generally, it is recommended for the products to be used within 3 years of manufacture or 6 months after opening for the best quality. Within the period, the product will be perfect for use as long as you store at room temperature.
Do you test on animals?
- We do not perform any pre-market animal testing, and absolutely no animal testing at any stages of post-market between Korea and the US. However, Chinese government requires hygiene permit for any products entering the country.
Is the date on my product the expiration date or the manufacturing date?
-The date labeled on your product is the date of manufacture.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I place a return or exchange?
- Step 1. Send an email of request to firstname.lastname@example.org including your [order number, name of product, and reason for return] with one for the following as subject: “RETURN” or “EXCHANGE”. (In case of exchange, please include your preferred replacement choice in the email.)
- Step 2. Receive a free return shipping label.
- Step 3. Using the original packaging, replace your previous shipping label with the new one provided. Please remove any other labels from your package.
- Step 4. Ship your package through USPS.

How long does it take to process a return?
- Refunds may take between 3 to 7 business days after the product’s arrival at TCFS to be posted on your bank account.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
- Please let us know as soon as possible if you experience an error in your order. Then, we will assist you with refund/exchange/re-order process. However, we will always be careful about all orders to provide you with quick and accurate service.
Can I return products that were purchased with promotion sales/discounts?
- Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds for products on sale.
How much does it cost to return a product?
- The cost of shipping for return is on us. However, the shipping cost that was charged when you purchased the product cannot be refunded.
Can I return a product from outside of the United States?
- Sorry, returns are available only inside the US. We offer free returns to provide you with the best customer service possible, which is difficult internationally.
Can I get a refund online with a product that I bought offline?
- We do not accept return requests for the products purchased offline. Please make inquiries to the site of purchase for offline returns.
