Where does Too Cool for School Ship from?

When will my order ship?
• Unless there is an unforeseen circumstance, most orders are shipped the next business day.

Where is my order?
• Once your order is processed, our systems will provide you with a tracking number via email.

How long will it take to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico?
• Please allow 1-2 extra shipping days for these locations.


PRODUCTS

Do you test on animals?
• We do not perform any pre-market animal testing and absolutely no animal testing at any stages of post-market between Korea and the US. However, the Chinese government requires a hygiene permit for any products entering the country.

Is the date on my product the expiration date or the manufacturing date?
• The date labeled on your product is the manufacture date (MFD, 제조)


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How do I place a return or exchange?
• Step 1. Send an email to cs@toocoolforschool.us including your [Order Number, Name of Product, and Reason for Return] with one of the following as subject: “RETURN” or “EXCHANGE”. (In the case of an exchange, please include your preferred replacement choice in the email)
• Step 2. Using the original packaging, replace your previous shipping label with a new one (not provided) shipped to our address:

• Step 3. Ship your package with your preferred carrier
*We are not responsible for any return postage or undelivered items.

What is your return policy?
• Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page to view our policy.

How long does it take to process a return?
• Refunds may take between 3 to 7 business days after the product’s arrival at Too Cool for School to be posted to your bank account.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
• Please let us know as soon as possible if you experienced an error in your order. We will assist you with the refund/exchange/re-order process. Our team always checks that all orders are correct, but mistakes can still occur.

Can I return products that were purchased during promotional sales/discounts?
• Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds for products on sale.

How much does it cost to return a product?
• The cost of return shipping is dependent on the weight of the products and the size of the container you will be shipping along with the distance your package must travel.

Can I return a product from outside of the United States?
• Please note that returns are only available within the United States.

Is it possible to get a refund for a product I purchased somewhere else?
• We do not accept returns requests or refund orders that were not placed directly with toocoolforschool.us. Please make inquiries to your original place of purchase.

How long does it take to get a refund?
• The processing time for refunds is subject to the policy of your credit card company, or the method of payment. Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.


CANCELLATIONS

Can I cancel my order?
• Your order can be canceled any time before it has been processed. Once your order has shipped, our Return & Exchange Policy will be applied.

Why was my order canceled?
• Toocoolforschool.us may cancel orders for any reason. Some common situations in which orders are canceled may include: The item is out of stock and there are no plans of restocking it, pricing errors, or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.

BILLING

When will my credit card be charged?
• Your credit card will be charged once your order starts processing.

Can I remove a saved payment method?
• Yes, you can edit/remove your saved payment method on my account page at any time.

What forms of payment do you accept?
• We use Shopify payments and currently we accept:

ORDER QUESTIONS

How can I update my order?
• You can make changes to your order before it starts processing. If you wish to make changes to your order please email us at cs@toocoolforschool.us. If the product has shipped we will be unable to make any changes to your order.

How can I check the status of my order?
• You can check the status of your order anytime in My Account > Orders.

Can I use multiple discount codes at checkout?
• Unfortunately, only 1 discount (automatic or discount code) can be applied to an order at a time.
